Patrik Jaros – Award winning Chef

Patrik Jaros owes his passion for cooking to his grandmother, as already as a little child he stood in her kitchen and watched the steaming pots. Awarded a Michelin star he was the youngest award winning chef in Germany and he worked as sous-chef in Eckart Witzigmann’s restaurant Aubergine in Munich and achieved the 3rd place at the „Bocuse d’Or“, a world cooking championship in Lyon. Today Patrik Jaros owns and operates sereral restaurants in Cologne. He offers consulting services and develops new food concepts and gastronomic training programmes and adapts international food concepts to the DACH market. He is the author and food stylist of numerous successful cookbooks.
